Refund Policy

Only those products which are returned from the customers as per the acceptable return policy and for which the replacement is not possible will be eligible for refunds.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, may, at its discretion, either contact us for instructions or cancel the order and notify us of such cancellation. In such cases will refund the charged amount to the customer (only for which the payment is already received).

We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order.

(i) For Online Refund:

1.Orders paid by Credit/ Debit card will be refunded by credit back to the Credit/ Debit card within 14 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.

2.Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.

3.Refund will be done within 10 working days from the date of request of refund.

4.For online refund the transaction might take 15-20 working days to reflect into your account.

(ii) For Offline Refund:

1.For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the "billing name" provided at the time of placing the order.

2.For orders placed through Gift Certificates / Vouchers of, refund would be provided in form of a fresh Gift Certificate / Voucher of the same value.

Cancellation Policy

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our office for delivery. has the right to cancel your order in case of insufficient stocks or in case of any suspicious order transactions. Auto cancellation may also be triggered by the administration end in case of any improper order placement (like incomplete address) and/or due to any technical difficulties. Processing fee will not be refunded in cancellation.
